For hygiene and safety reasons, we are currently unable to accept returns as our products are unsealed.
However, if you receive a faulty or damaged product, we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience. In such case, contact us within 48 hours of delivery through our Contact page with your full name, order number and clear photos of the issue to initiate the refund process. Only once the request has been reviewed and accepted will we process a refund.

We are not liable for courier errors, inaccurate shipping details, or packages lost or stolen after delivery conformation. We advise you take great care when entering your details and always have parcels delivered to a secure location.
